Rental Program
Villa owners have the option of offering their villa for rent for part or all of the year by joining the Rental Program; alternatively, they can choose to rent their villa by themselves.
Owners who participate in this program receive an income, based on the rental price of their villa, with Pacific Palisade management taking care of the whole stewardship (advertising, guests relationship, check in and out, cleaning…).
Expected return on investment ranges from 4.5%-14% depending on occupation.
