How to get to Pacific Palisade?
The payment of off plan villas is divided into 5 phases:
- 30% of the Purchase Price before starting foundation, stump column, ground floor indoor/outdoor including pool and roof structure
- 30% of the Purchase Price for starting masonry wall, wall rendering, conduit & pipe, aluminium door & windows, roof covering
- 15% of the Purchase Price for starting ceiling and wall covering, electrical cabling, AC duct, lighting fixture, switch & outlet, water pump and pool equipment,
- 15% of the Purchase Price for starting floor covering, painting, wooden door, sanitary wares, handrail & balustrade, AC equipment.
- 10% of the Purchase Price upon the transfer of Land ownership at the Land office
It takes usually one year to complete a villa but it varies a bit depending on the size of the villa.
- 2 bedrooms villas are completed in 10 months
- 3 and 4 bedrooms villas are completed in 12 months
- 5 and above bedrooms villas are completed on 14 months
